How should I clean my garment?

It is highly recommended that you spot clean only as needed and take your items to a trusted professional for any necessary repairs. This will help maintain the integrity of the garment you have invested in.

When should I expect to receive my order?

In-stock orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed. Please keep in mind, there are often production delays with a small company like ours, especially during big sales periods or new collection drops. We work as fast as possible, but sometimes orders are late. Please reach out to us if you have an event and need your order by a certain date and we will try our best to make it happen. 

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the limited nature of each item, we do not accept returns. Please read all descriptions thouroughly. Our handmade pieces are made to order and exact fit can never be promised.

My package says 'delivered' but it is not here?

Please reach out to your shipping courier if you are having issues receiving your package. Once the package leaves our facility, Shy Doll is not responsible for lost/ stolen items. If you need to change your address, please email us at Shy.Doll.LLC@gmail.com immediately before the item ships.
